dang, all the dresses I look at look just like it. Very Oscar de la Renta 2005.

If that's you in the dress now, I vote absolutely yes. It's very pretty and looks like it still fits you well! You could always try embellishing it with a different sash if you wanted to spice it up, but I like it. ♥

Yes it does! It's a really lovely material, rough silk of some sort and it was kinda expensive but I've only worn it once, which sucks. I don't know whether it's a good idea or not to change the sash, but I could always take it to a good tailor and see. Still, it's lovely. If I don't find anything better, I think I will def wear it.

i love it, luxurious party dress! its really nice, but i dont see the de la renta connection? did you mean spring or fall 2005?

I actually think it must have been spring 06, because I remember looking at a de la renta dress on the society pages in a glossy magazine and thinking "i want a dress like that". It had a broad white sash and a-line skirt but other than that, it didn't look much alike. But now you mention it, I don't remember which collection it was from, it just said "Oscar de la Renta" in the caption. Hmm!
